Rekomendasi proses memonitor sebagai bentuk sistem pengendalian manajemen pada unit kerja di bawah Departemen perencanaan unit bisnis mitra usaha rakyat (MUR) Bank Tabungan Pensiun Nasional (BTPN)
This internship report discusses the flow of monitoring system which is running in the Unit under Planning Department of Mitra Usaha Rakyat (MUR) BTPN Bank. It describes the analyses of the efectivity of the existence system and also includes the flow system recommendation as a monitoring system improvement in the company. Monitoring System is a form of Information System Application which is used as Management Controlling System in a company. Monitoring System which is run in the business unit of MUR Bank BTPN is not yet effective because its application is unstandardized and incontinuously done. Therefore, this report describes the details of the procedures to apply the monitoring system used as an effective controlling system in a company and can be running continuously.Ada tabel
