Analisis dan rekomendasi penerapan diagnostic control system pada direktorat usaha mikro dan kecil Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional
This Internship Report describes company profile and financial performance of Bank BTPN, and the analysis of diagnostic control system implementation on Direktorat UMK Bank BTPN. Its conclusion is there was a weakness at Area Office and Regional Office. Writers recommend head office to improve their control systems with Branch Performance Control System implementation by new organ. In a larger point of view, the writer conclude that Bank as a company who has a large number of performance indicator and a large number of branch has to implement diagnostic control system perfectly.Ada tabel
