The main purpose of this research is to find the most important factor (in financial side) which influence performance and growth of Asian Emerging Market and Group of Eight based firm. We use Profit Margin and Net Income Growth as proxy for performance and growth. The independent variable is capital expenditure, external financial dependence, financial development, market to book value, leverage level and sales growth. Generally, we found that the company with higher dependency on external finance in a country with better financial development experience better growth than the other. But, When we separate the analysis, we found financial friction in Emerging Market Asia Countries, the lower level of external financial dependence firm, perform better. In Group of Eight Country we found that the increasing of Fixed Capital do not significantly affect the firm growth.Ada tabel
