Plywood industry is one of the industries with high export value. But in recent years the export value declined. This thesis will explain the variables that affect firm?s export intensity. Variables used include dummy of foreign ownership, dummy of imports, Hirschman-Herfindahl Index, capital labor ratio, and size of company. After testing it was found that variables such as dummy of foreign ownership, dummy of imports, capital labor ratio, and size of company affects positively to firm?s export intensity and Hirschman-Herfindahl Index affects negatively to firm?s export intensity.
