Analisis hubungan kausalitas antara fertilitas dan partisipasi angkatan kerja wanita Indonesia studi empiris data sensus penduduk dan supas tahun 1971 - 2010

Winda Fajaristi Kusuma Pratiwi - ; Fauziah (Pembimbing/Promotor) - ;

The study discusses causality between fertility and female labor force participation and determinants that affect both variables. The study uses panel data from 30 provinces in period of 1971-2010. Fertility determinants are female education, female labor force participation, infant mortality, and income per capita. Female labor force participation determinants are fertility, male education, urban population, women life expectancy, female education, and women productivity. Results showed significant causal relationship between fertility and female labor force participation. Therefore, the best way to reduce fertility is to expand educational opportunities for women, while to increase women's participation at work, birth control is necessary. Ada tabel
