This study discusses determinant factors that influencing the Distance of Trade of a country, especially for Indonesia and its fourfour major trading partners. The motivation is based on the emerging discussion and empirical studies about the impact of distance in an internasional trade activities. It is interesting to investigate what are factors that can atually affect the distance of trade of a country.Least Square Dumy Variables (LSDV) is applied to seek the determinant factor that affect the Distance of Drade. The results of this study showes that there are several factors that can influenced the Distance of trade of a country: transportation cost has a negatively relation to the Distance of Trade as well as the depreciation of Real Exchange Rate for Domestic currency, while GDP growth of other countries showed positive correlation with the value of Distance of Trade.Ada tabel
