Pentingnya CSR sebagai alat keberlanjutan perusahaan Pulp dan kertas : studi kasus PT. Toba Pulp Lestari TBK.
The focus of this study is implementing Corporate Social Responsibility as sustainability tool in PT Toba Pulp Lestari. The purpose of this study is to analyze CSR program of PT Toba Pulp Lestari based on labor practice, environment, and community development issues in international standard approach ISO 26000; its implementation in company vision and mission, and corporate governance; and its impact in sustainability performance. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive with analysis of PT Toba Pulp Lestari data. The researcher suggests that PT Toba Pulp Lestari has had almost CSR program guidelines in ISO 26000 because it has been embed in the vision and mission, and the corporate governance has been built since it?s re-operated.
