The purpose of this minithesis is to analyze factors that affect the level of tax property payment compliance in South Petojo Village. Independent variables have been used are income, tax property payment services, tax property rate, sex, total of dependent people, and effectiveness of jemput bola PBB activity. Area sampling and convenience sampling used to obtain samples. 200 respondents from four RWs involved in filling the questionnair. Respondents? response became the source of data and was analyzed with econometrics analysis that used logaritma regression model. Result shows that only income, sex, total of dependent people, and effectiveness of jemput bola PBB activity have significant effects toward the level of tax property payment compliance in South Petojo Village.Ada tabel
