Perancangan balanced scorecard pada koperasi studi kasus pada koperasi pegawai tri dharma Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia

This study focuses on how to design balanced scorecard framework that is suitable for cooperative by using case study method in Koperasi Pegawai Tri Dharma Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia (?Kopetri FEUI?). The design of balanced scorecard for cooperative differs from the one for private company. One new perspective which has a significant influence in cooperation?s performance has been added to the design of balanced scorecard in cooperation. That perspective is the social, cultural, and politics perspective. Besides that, customer perspective was changed into member perspective, because the member of the cooperation has a dual identity, which are the owner of the cooperation and the customer. Implementation of the measurement and strategy in the balanced scorecard?s perspectives may be the solutions for Kopetri FEUI?s problems.Ada tabel
