This thesis discusses the effect of ownership structure, level of diversification, and third parties fund on the level of voluntary disclosure on the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2009. This is a causal research with hypotheses testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan asing berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat pengungkapan sukarela bank-bank yang ada di Indonesia. Sedangkan untuk variabel tingkat diversifikasi dan dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pengungkapan sukarela pada bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007-2009. The results showed that foreign ownership negatively affects the level of voluntary disclosure on the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2009.
