Analisis perbandingan pengaruh perubahan penilaian tingkat kesehatan Bank terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Muamalat Indonesia periode 2004 - 2008

This research is performed in order to analyze whether there are profit growth and the changes of CAMELS differences, and also to analyze how the influence of the changes of CAMELS to the profit growth between Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The dependent variable in this reseach is profit growth. The independent variables are the changes of variable CAR (Capital Adequecy Ratio), NPF (Non Performing Financing), BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio) and GWM (Giro Wajib Minimum). The hypothesis testing in this research divided into two parts. 1) the Mean Difference Testing using the Independent Sample Test or the Mann-Whitney test to analyze whether there are profit growth and the changes of CAMELS differences between Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat Indonesia. 2) the regression model to analyze how the influence of the changes of CAMELS to the profit growth between Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The result of this research shows that there are no differences in the changes of CAMELS and the profit growth between Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat Indonesia. On the Bank Syariah Mandiri only the change of BOPO that is has significant influence to the profit growth. In the other hand there are two variables that has significant influence to the profit growth in Bank Muamalat Indonesia. They are the change of BOPO and CAR.Ada tabel
