The purpose of this thesis is to apply activity-based costing on telecommunication equipment leasing company PT X and try to analyse the profitability of customers. The nature of service company that is customer-oriented increases the need to analyse the profitability of customers. The results of the analysis give fresh perspective to management regarding the economics of PT X relationship with its customers.
