Perancangan strategy map dan balanced scorecard sebagai sistem manajemen stratejik studi kasus PT BPR "X"
Government?s attention to Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) can be seen on the issuance Indonesia Decree No. 20 of 2008 about Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). The Decree states that the financing of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) can be done by national and foreign big business. On the other hand, it is a challenge for rural banks (RB). RB as a banking institution serving micro and small businesses face increasing competition. PT BPR "X", which is still at the beginning of acquisition also faces the same conditions. There are many internal weaknesses that must be resolved, such as the absence of formal mission, strategy, and strategy implementation system, and performance measurement focuses solely on financial performance. Information technology and human resources that are not ready is still experiencing. Those internal weaknesses must be answered together with external challenges to win the competition and achieve its objectives. Mission and strategy will be formulated in this descriptive-analysis, case-study type thesis, to implement the strategy and measure overall performance. Strategy map and balanced scorecard framework from Kaplan and Norton will be use in this thesis. The conclusion from the analysis is PT BPR ?X? has appropriate strategy in the environment it faces. PT BPR ?X? must develop its resources to have growth in future. The concept of strategy map and balanced scorecard proposed in this paper can be used by PT RB "X" for the implementation of the strategy so that its vision can be achieved. Ada tabel
