Pengaruh kinerja sosial terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor perbankan Indonesia

The focus of this study is to determine how Corporate Social Performance (CSP) influences the changes of Corporate Financial Performance (CFP) in the company, especially in Indonesian banking sector. This study is a quantitative research which used regression linear method to treat each variables. The result shows that the corporate social responsibility expenditure for employees influences CFP both directly and indirectly. Ada tabel
