Analisa pelaporan anggaran pada Departemen Tangguh Operations BP Indonesia
This internship final report contains description of budget report cyle in Tangguh Operations department at BP Indonesia, one of the multinational companies which business is in gas and oil industry. Tangguh Operations department itself is a department which responsible to produce natural gas and process it into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The purpose of this internship final report is to give a description of budget report cyle and its process in a company especially the implementation in oil and gas industry. Author use literature study, observation, and interview methods to complete this final report. The difference between budget report in oil and gas industry compare to other industry in Indonesia is that they have the responsibility to report their budget to external parties which are the government of Indonesia, which represented by BPMIGAS, and also to partner who also has ownership to run the business. The budget report cycle at BP Indonesia Tangguh Operations department has been running well to support the planning and controlling function of the organization. However, there are several weaknesses found in the process of budget report cycle for example the lack of human resource to perform the budget cycle duties, there is no documentation on how to create budget using Waterfall Schedule which will be submitted to BPMIGAS, and inefficient system to create budget control report.Ada tabel
