Evaluasi tingkat kesesuaian persediaan komponen block sub assy cylinder impor pada PT. TMMIN
This internship report focuses on evaluation on inventory appropriateness level of Block Sub Assy Cylinder import part on PT.TMMIN. The evaluation on inventory appropriateness level including all Block Sub Assy Cylinder inventory on Sunter I Plant. The Appropriateness Level here means the inventory level is adequate enough and suitable to fulfill the production needs. The examination of inventory appropriateness was done by comparing the inventory turnover days from calculation data of the system records with the inventory standard lead time which is available on plant. The result of the inventory appropriateness evaluation shows that there is accumulation of idle Block Sub Assy Cylinder import inventory which can causes additional cost to the company.Ada tabel
