.This internship report discusses about the procedures for the budgeting process in PT AAA. This report explains the stages that are done by PT AAA in preparing the budget that starts from the stage of budget planning, technical preparation of budgets, budget documentation, budget implementation, budget control, budget revisions, up to taking corrective action. All stages and documentation during the budgeting process were also presented so that readers get an overview of activities undertaken during the budgeting process takes place.
