Analisis implementasi penyaluran pinjaman program kemitraan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, TBK. divisi regional II Jakarta
PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. as state-owned company (SOE) tasked by the government to implement the Partnership Program and Community Development (CSR) as set out in the Minister of State Enterprises Rule Number: Per-05/MBU/2007 April 27, 2007. CSR is a form of corporate social responsibility of SOEs, and if the state is following the rules established by Bapepam LK, then the activity should be reported in company annual reports, in accordance with Rule Number XK6. The final report of this internship focusing the discussion on the implementation of the Partnership Program lending alone in Telkom Regional Division II Jakarta. Partnership in question is between the state coaches with SMEs. SOEs provide loans to SMEs to develop the SME business are so ready to become strong and independent SMEs. In practice, there are still constraints faced by the CDC Telkom in developing and fostering SMEs, particularly in terms of recording the financial statements. The author tried to apply ETAP SAK as the standard in preparing the financial statements of SMEs assisted CDC Telkom, as well as standards that can be used by the CDC in determining the value of assets, turnover (gross sales) and the other important accounts of partners in the financial statements. The authors concluded that Telkom still need to fix the guidance system partners through mentoring, and encourage partners to do the recording of financial statements according to GAAP ETAP, so expect this listing to enhance the CDC's Telkom, even partners become strong and independent.
