Analisa proses pengembangan sistem Share service centre (SSC) PT. ZZ
Globalization and technology development caused people needs become more complex and so as business competition. In order to survive in market, the company has to be responsive through sustainable improvement in increasing company?s capability. Technology development is one of factors that force company to changes their system become more integrated and effective one in order to increasing company?s growth and profit. PT ZZ as global automotive company focus their strategy in increasing production efficiency, reducing operating cost, expanding human resource knowledge, and continuous improvement in their business sector. According to this strategy, PT ZZ always try their best to improve their current system which was seem not performing effective and efficient as expected. After identifying the problem in their business units, PT ZZ?s management decided to outsource from PT ZZ in order to develop a more integrated system that support their strategy. Generally, this report discusses about system development life cycle of Share Service Centre (SSC) in PT ZZ which start with plan and analyze step, process design, build and test system, and process transition and stabilization especially in account receivable and collection function. In relation with application of system development life cycle of SSC in PT ZZ, we can assume that there is no significant difference between theory and practice in internship. .
