Evaluasi program penurunan biaya untuk produk IMV5 pada PT NMMIT
One of the planning activities undertaken by PT NMMIT management is calculate the level of profitability of the product produced by PT NMMIT, one of which is IMV5. However, this product is not give contribution to profit as expected by PT NMMIT. PT NMMIT has implemented cost reduction programs in its operational activities. However, this cost reduction program can not work effectively so that the profit generated by IMV5 products not in accordance with PT NMMIT'.
