Proses penyusunan rencana jangka panjang perusahaan tahun 2010-2014 PT Black coal
This report describes the process of company?s long term planning year 2010-2014 on PT Black Coal conducted by KAP UUL Associates. It?s explained here the stages passed in forming this long term plan according to BUMN Minister?s Decree No. 102 Year 2002, and it?s also related to existing theories to formulate ideal strategy for company in Strategic Management framework. This engagement also involved external and internal audit, SWOT analysis, and financial statement projection for the next five years. This engagement has complied with BUMN Minister?s Decree regarding BUMN?s long term planning. But, we also need to get concerned that technical matters regarding the conduct of external and internal audit, SWOT analysis were never done perfectly according to existing theory.Ada tabel
