Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian tidak terencana dan intensi untuk kembali, pada konteks belanja Pakaian Wanita secara Online : studi kasus : Website Belanja Online www.bursabelanja.com
In this thesis, researcher analyzes factors that influence online consumer to do unplanned purchase and have intention to revisit the online store. The research elaborate different theories from different disciplines such as Flow Theory from psychology, Technology Acceptance Model from information system, and consumer behavior from marketing. This research focus on online shopping for women with age 18 ? 39 years old during their first time visit to online shop that sell women dress and accessories. The data was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM), using SPSS 17.0 and LISREL 8.8. software as the statistic tools. For the result, this research found that shopping enjoyment and perceived usefulness positively influence intention to return, while unplanned purchase influenced by shopping enjoyment. Moreover, we found perceived ease of use negatively influence intention to return while perceived ease of use positively influence perceived usefulness. Ada tabel
