Analisis pengaruh dimensi-dimensi harga terhadap kepuasan harga (studi kasus jasa tabungan perbankan Syariah di Indonesia)

The purpose of this final paper is to find multidimensional construct of overall price satisfaction of savings account service Islamic Banking in Indonesia that can used to measure overall customer satisfaction of savings account service. Reseach design that used in this study is descriptive research with questionnaire method which involve undergraduate regular student of University of Indonesia (UI) as a sample. The result of this study shows that Overall Price Satisfaction is composed by Price Reliability, Price Confidence, Price Transparency and Price Quality-Ratio. It means that Price Satisfaction of savings account service Islamic Banking in Indonesia with undergraduate student market segment, can measured by four dimensions. The result of this study suggestes that management of Islamic Bank should focus to how increasing customer price confidence, setting right price quality-ratio, transparency and comlpeteness of savings account service information, and keeping price reliability.Ada tabel
