Pengaruh E-Quality, E-Trust dan E-Satisfaction terhadap E-Loyality : studi kasus : Forum jual beli Kaskus.us
This research discusses the effect of e-quality, e-trust and e-satisfaction toward e-loyalty. Researcher will use exploratory research in advance to get insight and understanding about research problem, and then the result from exploratory research will be used as input for conclusive (descriptive) research. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.8 program has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that from the five dimensions of e-quality, dimension that directly and positively affects e-trust is the assurance, while dimensions that directly and positively effect e-satisfaction are customization and responsiveness. This research also found that e-satisfaction is not directly and positively effects e-trust. In addition, this research also found that e-trust is not directly and positively effects e-loyalty, whereas the opposite effect of e-esatisfaction communities will become loyal if they were satisfied toward online trade forum kakus.Ada tabel
