This report will describe internal quality audit of quality management sistem in Learning Center Group Bank X. The explanation about internal quality audit will be focused in audit on site until corrective action of negative findings. This report also explain the application of LCG?s quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008. The application of quality management system in LCG is good enough. This is shown by a few negative finding which do not have significant impact to product quality of LCG. Ada tabel
