Prosedur pengelolaan dana tanggung jawab sosial X Petroleum Indonesia
This report focuses on tha procedures and management of corporate social responsibility fund in X Petroleum Indonesia. The management of corporate social responsibility fund includes analysis and reconciliations of prepayment account which is used as corporate social responsibility fund payment method, as well as solutions for the results of prepayment account reconciliations. The analysis was done by reviewing the procedures and accounting treatments of social responsibility fund and by interpreting the data of prepayment account in the system and reconciling the data with the existing reports. Results of the analysis and reconciliations is the occurrences of some misstatements in prepayment account. The misstatements occured because of the lack of management and human error as the results of the weaknesses of internal control. Author has given some recommendations to estimate realizations of prepaid transactions and improve the internal control of the society, Babo Accounting, and employees. Ada tabel
