Analisis pengaruh etika organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja : studi kasus pada PT PP (Persero) Tbk
Evidence shows that organizational ethics were the main factors that influenced job satisfaction. The result from the hyphothesis in this research shows that organizational ethics has an effect on job satisfaction. Purposive sampling is used for the sampling method. Total number of samples for this research concludes 108 person that works in PT. PP. Data was analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The result shows that organizational ethics as independent variabel that consists organizational ethical climate, and the association between ethical behavior and career success, simultaneously have a significant effect to job satisfaction. From the data calculated it indicates the effect was significant from both independent variable simultanously on job satisfaction.Ada bibliografi dan tabel
