Analisis pengaruh faktor pembentuk karir individual terhadap praktek internal mobility karyawan (studi kasus di PT. B di Jakarta)

Impact analysis about establishment factor of individual career towar employee internal mobility practice (sace study at Company B at Jakarta)

This research is aiming to reflect an impact about establishment factor of individual career; they are organizational commitment, job satisfaction, career anchor, career plateau, and awareness of career opportunities toward employee internal mobility practice. The researcher made observations for 700 permanents employee with number of samples 71 persons. After completing the procedure, researcher found output that five establishment factors was not significantly impact employee internal mobility practice. The explanation reasons for these findings that output of establishment factor of invidual career measurement tool didn?t give optimal contribution for employee internal mobility practice and present company?s career path didn?t utilized every employee?s work creative ideas.
