Analisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap sense of place dan kepuasan kerja : studi kasus pada Pegawai Pabrik Sunter PT. Mandom Indomesia Tbk.
The focus of this study is to discuss influence of physical work environment to sense of place and job satisfaction of factory workers in Sunter plant PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. Physical work environment is assessed on its adequacy, arrangement, symbolic features and extent of user control. This is a quantitave study using multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results found that physical work environment significantly influence sense of place and job satisfaction, but the symbolic features factor of physical work environment has no effect on the sense of place. Sense of place also has a moderately strong positive correlation with job satisfaction. Conclusions generated from this study are that management needs to consider the adequacy and quality of physical work environment as important aspects, maintain the worker?s flexibility, and keep the worker?s ability to take part in maintaining their work area condition.Ada tabel
