Despite the intenet had been known for a long time, and with all of the benefits that could be used for searching huge of information, including for support business activities, however, the rate of internet or e-commerce adoption in indonesian Micro, Small and Medium enterprises was still low. This study is conducted for understanding e-commerce adoption factors that usually became reason behind the decision of the owner of Micro and SME?s to adopt e-commerce. This study conducted using qualitative research method, and multiple cases to find out a deep understanding about that factors. This study refers to a model or framework that propose by Iacova, Benbasat dan Dexter (1995) that also had been used in the same case study of SME?s retailer in Hongkong. Ada tabel
