Analisis pengaruh perceived value, trust, consumer satisfaction, dan habit terhadap customer loyalty pengguna M-TIX di Jakarta
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the factors influencing customer loyalty in mobile commerce industry in Jakarta, using online mobile ticketing M-Tix from 21 Cineplex as case study. Data was processed with Lisrel 8.5.1, using structural equation modelling (SEM) technique. The variables used in the research model are perceived value, trust, customer satisfaction, habit, and customer loyalty. The result showed that only perceived value significanly influences customer satisfaction, and there is no significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.Ada tabel
