Pengaruh corporate governance terhadap produktivitas perusahaan studi kasus perusahaan manufaktur di BEI periode 2002 - 2007

The purpose of this study is to examine how the effect of key components of corporate governance which proxies are inside ownership (managerial ownership), institutional ownership and board size toward firm?s productivity, and employs TFP as measurement of productivity. This study is conducted using Tobit regression method. Sample used in this study is the manufacturing firms listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia for five years, from 2002 until 2007. This study also includes some variable controls which have potention to affect firm?s productivity. These variables are size of the firm and the use of leverage. The conclusion found in this study is inside ownership affect firm?s productivity negatively and significantly. Otherwise, institutional ownership does not affect firm?s productivity. Then the study also found that board size affect firm?s productivity positively and significantly and the use of the leverage affect firm?s productivity negatively and significantly. And the study did not found firm?s productivity has affected by size of the firm.Ada tabel
