This thesis is a case study about company's internal controls, especially for control environment component. This thesis writing is broadly divided into three essential parts. The first is to describe the internal controls that run the company after the change of its management in 2011. The second is to know the way the control environment component is owned and run enterprises to support the company's internal controls. The third is the design of ideal control environment component for company?s internal control and in accordance with the COSO Framework Internal Control through supporting components of internal control which is owned by company, in this case is the internal audit division.Ada tabel
