Pengaruh dividen tunai terhadap imbal hasil saham pada kondisi pasar menguat dan pasar melemah: Studi kasusn pasar saham Indonesia
This thesis mainly discusses about the effect of cash dividends on stock returns affected by market conditions, whether at the time of advancing market and declining market. This study aimed to see if there is a difference in the company's stock returns that with dividends and firms without dividend, furthermore to see if there is a difference if the dividend distributed either on advancing market or declining market. The research concludes that companies with dividend yields turns out to have a disadvantage stock return compared to companies without dividends and dividends only affect when the market is at advancing conditionsAda tabel
