Production cost is one part of an important components in determining profit or loss of a firm. PT. ZYX is a company specialized in producing woodchips which is a raw material in pulp production. In woodchips production activities, costs related to operating activities and other cost appeared. This report analyze cost allocation in each activity of PT. ZYX production and the production costing system applied in woodchips production.
