This Internship Report discusses about the update of the standard operating procedure on budgeting of PT XYZ together with the analysis of internal control. The update was intended to provide the latest information to the employees of PT XYZ about the procedure in conducting business activities and to ensure similarity of understanding in the implementation of the budgeting process. In addition, it also aims to improve the effectiveness of internal control within the standard operating procedure.
