Evaluasi pelaksanaan pengawasan intern untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan di Bank ABC
A bank is a fiduciary institution that is mandatory to apply compliance principles. The compliance is a main requirement to the bank?s soundness. This report is focused on the practice of supervision for building a compliance culture. The research methods used are interviews and focused group discussions. The process of this internship is to identify, compare, and evaluate the application of conventional audit and risk-based audit. The research results found are there are three types of business risks declining. Also the research finds determinant factors of compliance: personal attitudes to work, roles of managerial and leadership, and more competitive working environment that influence the levels of compliance of Bank ABC?s employees.Ada tabel
