This internship report discusses the due diligence process that mainly focus on company?s financial statement. This process is conducted based on the acquisition planning of PT PQR by PT TUV Tbk with purpose to check and verify that all data provided by the company is true and reliable. In doing financial due diligence process, the consultant used agreed upon procedure as a method.
