Usulan rancangan balanced scorecard sebagai sistem manajemen strategis pada organisasi nirlaba studi kasus : Yayasan Kinarya Relawan Indonesia
Nowadays the application of Balanced Scorecard has developed and is now used in non-profit organisations. The purpose of this research is to design Yayasan Kinarya Relawan Indonesia (YKRI) Balanced Scorecard as a strategy basis to achieve its vision and mission. The first step is done by identifying SWOT, which consists of internal and external environment. In the second step, the identified factors are given weights in EFE & IFE Matrix. In the third step, the total scores of EFE (y axis) and IFE (x axis) Matrix can determine the positions between the nine cells inside IE Matrix. Those nine cells consist of strategies determined by David (2009). In the fourth step, the alternative strategies that appear in IE Matrix are weighted to find the most appropriate alternative strategy to be used by YKRI. In the fifth step, strategies in SWOT Matrix that refer to the alternative strategy chosen in IE Matrix are identified. In the sixth step, the cause-and-effect relationship is designed inside the Strategy Map for the identified strategy in SWOT Matrix in five perspectives: customers, social value, internal business process, learning and growth, and finance. In the last step, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is designed, containing strategic objectives, sizes, initiatives, and targets.Ada tabel
