Analisis pengaruh karakteristik psikologis dan demografis terhadap sikap konsumen pada restoran mewah
As the economy grows rapidly in Indonesia, so does the restaurant industry. The increasing number affluent consumers means more people can afford to eat at better restarurants than before. This study examined the infuence of psychogical and demograhic characteristics on attitude toward luxury restaurants as done before. Regression and ANOVA are the methods used in this research, with the luxury restarurants consumers in the past three months as the sample of research to examine the influence of psychological and demographic characteristics on attitude toward luxury restaurants an overall attitude toward service quality, and also the influence of overall attitude toward service quality of luxury restaurant on attitude toward luxury restaurant. The result is that materialism influence the attitude toward luxury restaurants, while uniqueness has negative influence on attitude toward luxury restaurant. Overall attitude toward service quality of luxury restaurant also influences attitude toward luxury restaurant. Contribution and suggestions of this research is enclosed. Ada tabel
