Existing study still provide various result regarding the impact of ownership concentration to bank value and risk. This research examines the impact of bank ownership concentration on two indicators of bank riskiness (banks? non-performing loans and capital adequacy). Using Generalized Least Square-Random effect on 55 banks in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Philipina for period 2006-2011. It is found that bank ownership concentration does not affect bank riskiness (banks? non-performing loans and capital adequacy).Ada tabel
