Perbedaan struktur modal perusahaan multinasional dan domestik pada perusahaan publik nonkeuangan dan non-utilitas di Indonesia tahun 2007-2011

This study aims to analyze the differences of leverage and determinant of capital structure between multinational companies and domestic companies in Indonesia. The determinants used in this study are growth opportunity, asset tangibility, non-debt tax shield, size, income volatility, and profitability. This study uses panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference on leverage between multinational companies and domestic companies in Indonesia. In addition, there was no significant difference between the determinants of capital structure of multinational and domestic companies in Indonesia except growth opportunity that showed significant difference.Ada tabel
