The study aims to analize competitiveness of DKI Jakarta?s through identification and evaluation the core competence, strategic infrastructure, and economic risk contributing to Jakarta?s economic performance. This research uses Multi Sector Analysis (MSA) of primary data obtained through in-depth interviews to examine contributing factors to a Jakarta's competitiveness. Research reveals that trade orientation, entrepreneurship, and networking are the core competences; telecommunications, electricity, and storage are Jakarta?s strategic infrastructures and thus the risk that should be anticipated by Jakarta are man made disaster and flood disaster.
