Analisis pengaruh konplik keagenen terhadap kebijakan dividen
This thesis is discuss the influence of agency conflict that specially focus on agency conflict in a broad between agent and principal also conflict between creditor and shareholder to the dividend policy. Variables used are Dividend/Earnings Ratio, Dividend/Sales Ratio, Dividend Yield, Corporate Governance Index, Leverage, company size, level of profitability, and company growth. This thesis sample was 191 observations of manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2011. The results showed that dividend policy in influenced by agency conflict between creditor and shareholder that measured by the level of leverage, and this research could not proved influenced of agency conflict between agent and principle in a broad that measured by Corporate Governance Index to the dividend policy.Ada tabel
