Analisis penerapan balanced scorecard sebagai alat implementasi strategi PT. Z : studi kasus salah satu perusahaan BUMN di Jawa Timur

This research analyzes the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in one of the state-owned subsidiary company in Indonesia. In this evaluation, the research process uses interviews and observation. The purpose of observating this company is to discover the real-condition regarding the Balanced Scorecard implementation by using execution premium methods. Based on this evaluation the results show that the implementation of Balanced Scorecard in PT. Z is lacking because it has not not covered some important aspects of the execution premium concept.Ada tabel
