Perancangan Balanced scorecard sebagai alat pengukuran kinerja untuk organisasi nirlaba studi kasus : Yayasan Keanekaragaman Hayati Indonesia
This thesis aims to design a Balanced Scorecard that is used for measuring the performance of the Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation. The analysis was done by analyzing the internal and external environment, and to use the analysis of SWOT Matrix. Based on the strategy developed in the SWOT Matrix is Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard Indonesia Biodiversity Foundation has five perspectives, namely, consumers, donors, internal processes, learning and growth, and finance.Ada tabel
