Analisis empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja modal intelektual perbankan : ( Studi empiris bank-bank yang tercatat di BEI periode 2007-2011)
The focus of this study is to identify and examine empirically the factors that affect intellectual capital performance in the banks such as investments in systems of information technology, barriers entry, the efficiency of investment in intellectual capital, bank efficiency, bank risk and profitability of banks. The research sample used in this study is banking companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2007-2011 and selected 24 banks as samples. Regression result concluded that entry barriers, the efficiency of investment in intellectual capital and bank efficiency have significant negative effect on the performance of the banking intellectual capital. Bank profitability has significant positive effect on the performance of the banking intellectual capital. While investment in information technology systems and the bank's risk do not significantly influence the performance of the banking intellectual capitalAda tabel
