Analisis penerapan manajemen performa dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard: Studi kasus Bank Indonesia
The aim of this research is to develop a compehensive analysis of performance management implementation in Bank Indonesia using Balanced Scorecard approach. The research framework used in this research is the execution strategy model and its alignment with the daily operation based on execution premium framework. The purpose is to create a complete picture from the implementation of Balanced Scorecard in Bank Indonesia. The qualitative method employed brings conslusion that the public sector characteristic in Bank Indonesia has been create an unique implementation of Balanced Scorecard that has an important role in performance management.Ada tabel
