Analisis penerapan strategy MAP dan balanced scorecard sebagai strategic management sistem : Studi kasus pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk

This research examines the application of strategic management system, specifically the closed loop strategic management system, as well as the analysis of strategy map and balanced scorecard applied in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. In analysing strategy map and balanced scorecard, this research also examines the accuracy of measurements adjusted in balanced scorecard. This research concludes that there are fallacies and obstacles in the implementation of strategic management system in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, e.g. incomprehensive strategy map and inappropriate naming and measurement of balanced scorecard. Therefore, this research recommends necessary improvements and changes to overcome those problems.Ada tabel
