Pengaruh kinerja, corporate governance dan leverage terhadap tingkat kompensasi dewan direksi dan komisaris
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of firm performance, corporate governance and leverage of board compensation. Total and average compensation are used to show board compensation. The sample of this research consist of 111 non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 and 2011. The methods use in this research is fixed effect model. Firm performance, corporate governance and leverage is proven to be affecting board compensation. Variable control of firm size and growth also proven affecting board compensation, unfortunately firm complexity is failed to be proven.Ada tabel
